How do I request a refund or exchange?
To request a refund or exchange, send us an email at blueberiboutique2@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. An order # is required for exchanges/returns. Shipping fees are non refundable. Mail to the following address:

How long will it take to get my refund or exchange?
Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.
Which items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund?
Items that have been worn or used. We do not accept returns on worn items.
The item I bought doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
Yes! If the item has not been worn or used, you may return the product for an exchange. Be sure to check the online store for current inventory updates.
The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?
If you received a defective product, please email us with your order # and a picture of the damaged item to blueberiboutique2@gmail.com.
We will respond within 2 business days.

How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of order. Some items are now shipped directly from China and do require a longer time to arrive. When should I expect my order?
Depending on your location, your order may take 6 - 8 business days. All orders are shipped first class or priority mail from Bolivar, MO. Occasionally, some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Some items are now shipped directly from China and do require a longer time to arrive. Can you expedite my shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Will you send me tracking information once my order has been shipped?
Yes! Please provide your email address when prompted during checkout. We will send an email with your order tracking information.
