Does Blueberi Boutique accept PayPal?

Yes, Blueberi Boutique currently accepts payments via PayPal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit or credit payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Does Blueberi Boutique Ship Internationally?
We will ship internationally unless the item falls under the shippers definition of being restricted mail.  Restricted mail is mail that is determined to be fragile, liquid, perishable or potentially hazardous. We have been assured the items we carry should not  be a problem with customs.   International shipping charges will apply.  You must speak English or be able to type in English to order from us, we can not speak foreign languages.

Am I able to Use More than One Coupon Per Purchase?
It is our policy at Blueberi Boutique to honor a maximum of one coupon per purchase. Coupons can not be applied to sale merchandise that is already shown as marked-down on the page. Coupons expire one year after issuance, unless otherwise indicated.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How do I request a refund or exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, send us an email at blueberiboutique2@gmail.com  within 30 days of purchase. An order # is required for exchanges/returns. Shipping fees are non refundable. Mail to the following address:

How long will it take to get my refund or exchange?

Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.


Which items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund?

Items that have been worn or used.  We do not accept returns on worn items.


The item I bought doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

Yes! If the item has not been worn or used, you may return the product for an exchange. Be sure to check the online store for current inventory updates.


The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, please email us with your order # and a picture of the damaged item to  blueberiboutique2@gmail.com.

We will respond within 2 business days.

SHIPPING


How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of order.


When should I expect my order?

Depending on your location, your order may take 6 - 8 business days. All orders are shipped first class or priority mail from Bolivar, MO.  Occasionally, some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  


Can you expedite my shipping?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.


Will you send me tracking information once my order has been shipped?

Yes! Please provide your email address when prompted during checkout. We will send an email with your order tracking information.
