We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 on all orders under $75.00. Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for complimentary shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless an alternative carrier is selected at our discretion.

Please note that items from the Blueberi B collection are sourced internationally and may require additional transit time for delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to keep your costs low.  Items will ship from our warehouse within 7 to 14 business days, unless otherwise noted due to special order or backorder status. If an item ordered changes to backorder status, customers will be notified immediately and will have the option to cancel their order or have the item held and shipped as soon as it becomes available. 

Some products on our website may ship directly from the manufacturer, and they will usually be shipped within 7 to 14 business days.   We source vendors that ship from the United States and some ship from overseas.  If an item ships directly from the manufacturer/supplier and not our warehouse, this information will be disclosed on the product page whether the items ships from the USA or overseas. 

Customers will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of 9.00 unless the order is over $75.00 then the shipping if free.  Other shipping choices will be available at checkout.  Most items will be sent USPS, Ground Advantage; occasionally items will be sent Priority Mail.   

We have free shipping over $75.00 to the 48 continuous states.  The customer will have the option of picking free shipping at checkout if the total order is over $75.00.  Free shipping is not available for packages going to Hawaii or  Alaska.  Free shipping also does not apply to international packages.  

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded, however we are happy to exchange or credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order number and request the return/exchange by sending us an email at blueberiboutique2@gmail.com, or give us a call at 417-777-1672.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Each item is inspected before being shipped to the customer.  Although rare, on occasion we do get return requests for defective merchandise.   After review, Blueberi Boutique will send a credit (gift card code) for the value of the defective merchandise.

In most cases, Blueberi Boutique will not ask to have the merchandise returned. If Blueberi Boutique does ask that the defective merchandise be returned, it will be at the expense of Blueberi Boutique.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you do not have the order number or the email used to place the order of your gift please email blueberiboutique2@gmail.com with the name of the person who ordered the gift for you.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Please DO NOT mail any returns/exchanges to us until you have emailed us with  your request  and have received a reply approving your return/exchange.

We have FREE returns within 30 days.  Upon approval, we will send you a return label in your email.  We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

Blueberi Boutique  is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Blueberi Boutique will process your exchange within two business days of receipt.

Blueberi Boutique  will pay the shipping costs associated with sending the new product out.
